Breaking Into the Business
There will be a discussion on "tools of the trade", detailing, what you need to get started as a professional in the entertainment industry, followed by a Q&A with Headshot and Resume analysis. Please feel free to bring YOUR head shot and resume for professional review.
Cost $50 (limit class size 50 students) Making A Scene
Presented by Julianne Carson, "Making a Scene" is a six-week, acting workshop, held once a week, that will explore what makes an actor "good"; and what specific steps will help each actor to achieve his or her goals. No matter your experience level, you will be able to grow through mock auditions, scene work, class critique and much more. This class is not for the faint of heart or the fragile ego. Get ready to open up on a personal level and become increasingly self-aware as an actor and person! Cost $140.00 ($20/per class payment options available) ($20 non-refundable registration fee -- class size limited to 12) Instructor: Julianne Carson Julianne Carson has been involved in the entertainment field for 14 years as a writer, director, and actress for stage and film. She is actively involved with Regent University's film school and works as a talent agent for Hutson Talent Agency.
